Hello there, I'm your average Québec enthusiast and brain rot victim (weeb culture enjoyer).
I read and watch random stuff that peaks my interest of that gets recommended by one of my friends.
My reviews are meant to be "critical appraisals" of series I've consumed rather than elevator pitches of them, so keep that in mind if you start reading any of my reviews.
I rate stuff based on my personnal feelings about something rather than how good I think it objectively is (though I do take that into consideration to some extent). This is how I rate things :
1: Shouldn't exist, would be something with absolutely no reedeming qualities and innumerable flaws (80% of Murim)
2: Absolutely horrendus. I don't even see what there is to like about this no matter who you are
3: I hated it, most of the time I spent watching/reading it was unenjoyable or frustrating
4: I found it to be bad or at least very flawed, but I can get why someone could like it and it could very realistically get better
5: It's average, I don't hate it, I don't like it, it just is
6: It's alright, if I was asked for recommendations, I wouldn't mention it, but if asked about it, I would say it's worth watching or reading
7: It's good, definitely worth your time in my opinion
8: One of the greats! All around high quality stuff with multiple memorable moments
9: Absolute god tier stuff, the sort of thing that leaves me wanting more!
10: Essentially doesn't exist, it would be perfect for me
